Hi! I'm Rachel.
I'm a Bay Area native who has lived and worked in San Francisco, New York, and London. I have a decade of experience advising brands of all shapes and sizes on their communication, marketing, and product development strategies.
A behavioral scientist by trade, I take a human-centered approach to research, using a range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies to truly understand why people think, feel, and act the way they do.
I am particularly interested in projects that aim to do a bit of good in the world, and love working with organizations that feel the same way.

RESEARCH CONSULTANCY
I can design, direct, and conduct bespoke research projects with methods including survey design, stakeholder interviews, desk research, expert interviews, discussion groups, semiotics, vox pops, and ethnography. Through research consultancy, I can help companies and organizations better understand their audiences and prospective users.
WORKSHOPS
I can design and/or facilitate workshops to help your team explore challenges, align strategic thinking, and get inspired. I will work with you to develop the topic for the workshop, which can be anything from an interactive trends presentation to future planning for your specific needs.
INTERVIEW MODERATION
I am an experienced moderator and am comfortable writing discussion guides and conducting 1:1 in-depths and group interviews. I will also provide topline findings of the interviews I moderate to help streamline the analysis and surface the most pertinent insights.
